Hearing Aid Maintenance & Service
Being without hearing aids while they are sent off to the manufacturer for major repairs can have a significant impact on the lives of people with hearing loss. To minimize the need for repairs and to preserve the life of your hearing aids, a regular and thorough maintenance program is essential.
What we repair: no sound, weak or distorted sound; whistling (feedback); blocked wax guards, tubes and domes; battery door, charger and charging problems; moisture and dust damage; cracked shells and broken parts; Bluetooth pairing problems.
How a repair works: bring your hearing aid to our Blue Area or Saidpur Road clinic. We check it in front of you and fix minor faults such as blockages, tubing and settings during the visit when possible. If a part must be replaced or the hearing aid needs a manufacturer repair, we explain the cost and expected time before any work starts. Warranty repairs for hearing aids bought from us are handled through the manufacturer's warranty.
