The Signia Silk is an instant-fit Completely-In-Canal (CIC) hearing aid, available at Professional Hearing Solutions in four technology levels: 1X, 3X, 5X and 7X. It sits discreetly inside the ear canal with soft Click Sleeves, so no custom ear mould is needed, and suits mild to moderate hearing loss. Compare the levels below and our audiologists will help you choose the right one.
Signia Silk 1X Features

Discreet and Comfortable: The instant-fit Click Sleeves provide a snug, ventilated fit, reducing the “plugged” sensation for all-day wear.
-
Portable Power: Powered by a size 10 battery, the 3X balances compact design with consistent performance.
Signia Silk 5X Features
-
Refined Audio Precision: The 5X’s 32-channel technology delivers detailed sound, excelling in challenging environments like restaurants or busy gatherings.
-
TwinPhone: Hear phone calls in both ears when you wear two hearing aids.

Signia Silk 7X Features
-

Binaural OneMic Directionality: Advanced directionality enhances speech focus in noise, despite the small size, for a natural soundscape.
-
Extended Bandwidth and EchoShield: Richer, fuller sound and less echo in large rooms, available only on the 7X.
-
Tinnitus Support: Notched amplification and a noise therapy signal to help manage tinnitus.
